Shame that no less than 1 star is possible. Support all the prior 1 start reviews. This is a corrupt business and we are in awe that it still operates under Victoria Law. I can confidently say all reviews above 1 star are from people know to them. After being scammed, we nothing but wish for this business to get the full force of the law one day.
Charge for no service at all. Have evidence of our apartment block doing maintence on everything.
Only giving 1 star as does not give option to give no stars. Absolutely terrible customer service. Have been trying to contact Roslyne for 3 years to resolve our issues. Do not use this so called company.
We having been using Roslyne and her team for a few years, and they're awesome. If an issue occurs, it gets resolved immediately, amazing people.
