It's true what they say: these mechanics will try to rip you off any way possible. I came in for an inspection. I was told I needed all new rotors and brakes. I ordered them myself, and when I went in for the job, I realized I had almost new pads and only slightly worn rotors. Now I'm out time, money, and hours of wasted frustration, all due to greed or pure dishonesty and a hunger for business.
First time looking for a mechanic in this area, and Paul had my car looked at so promptly, whereas two other local dealers had no open appointments today. He diagnosed the issue very quickly. Made my day so much easier than I thought the day was going to be. I will definitely be back and refer friends here.
Fast, honest, and fair pricing. The only shop you need. Believe me, skip everyone else.
Great people and seem fair. I have taken my old truck to them a few times and every time they have treated me fairly. When a part they installed a few months ago failed they were super great about warranty and making things right. I can't recommend RS enough if you are looking for a great local shop.
The owner Paul is such a great and professional person. I’ve been coming here for 4 years to service my Honda. The prices are reasonable. Very welcoming and friendly.
