Amazing Service! These people are good people. Helped is out with a nail in the tire, we were rushing to go to an important meeting and they got us in & out in leas than 30 mins. Didn’t even charge us! Kind, professional, friendly & fast, yet efficient. 10/10 would definitely recomend!
My "Review" of March 31, 26, somehow got deleted so Im doing it again! In my dealings with the owner of R & S Automotive, Paul, I found him to be dishonest and sneaky. Went to him only about 2 or 3 times at most. At first he seemed OK. My car had to be towed in by AAA due to not starting when I was about to leave a friend's that I had stopped by for only a few minutes. It's true what they say: these mechanics will try to rip you off any way possible. I came in for an inspection. I was told I needed all new rotors and brakes. I ordered them myself, and when I went in for the job, I realized I had almost new pads and only slightly worn rotors. Now I'm out time, money, and hours of wasted frustration, all due to greed or pure dishonesty and a hunger for business.
First time looking for a mechanic in this area, and Paul had my car looked at so promptly, whereas two other local dealers had no open appointments today. He diagnosed the issue very quickly. Made my day so much easier than I thought the day was going to be. I will definitely be back and refer friends here.
