They are amazing people. Katrina works you thru the scenerios. Long story short. Old jeep. I'm still driving. Love them! Very honest people! I"m so lucky to have found them!
I went there because I was having brake issues. I had another quote of $1600 that R&S completed for a little over half of that. Katrina kept in constant contact with me through the whole inspection. My phone was acting crazy so she even took the initiative to call me on her cell phone. Great and honest people. If you don't use their services you don't know what you're missing. Hats off to them. I will go to them in the future.
Customer service asking questions about fixing parts was really really knowledgeable if I choose their garage I will definitely go with them.
Katrina is the best... She got me in quick to get my car worked on,and her husband showed me,and explained to me what the problem was... This is where I will be taking my car to for now on... Thank You R&S Automotive
