Got my bumper hit by another car they did a fantastic job fixing the damage (also went above and beyond and cleaned up the exterior for me). They handled everything start to finish including communication with insurance and brought me a rental car straight to the shop so I didn't need to worry about anything. As someone who hasn't had much experience dealing with insurance claims, Rose kept me in the loop and explained everything about what to expect up front. Overall a great experience!
They were very upfront and transparent on the work my car needed. They were very helpful as I was on a time crunch and they were very quick to do the job accordingly. They went above and beyond cleaning my car from the inside as well. They were very respectful and serviceable. I 100% recommend them for anything!
My 2012 Acura TSX needed some significant body work and rust repair. After reading online reviews, I decided to stop by to get an estimate. Wonderful and timely job. R&S went out of their way to repair and paint my car. I am very pleased with the results. My car (Little Red) a 1998 Volkswagen Beetle looks new.
