Dr. Franks was very thorough with his diagnosis of my condition. He took the time to use visual representation along with simple terminology to help me understand how it started, where I am currently, and what to expect in the future. He was personable and receptive to any questions or concerns I had. I appreciate his time and would absolutely recommend him to anyone that needs an expert orthopedic opinion.
We really like Dr. Franks. My son injured his ankle again in basketball. This is our first time at Rothman and with Dr. Franks and will definitely not go anywhere else now. So knowledgeable and generally cares to get him back as quickly but most importantly, healthy, to playing the sport he loves. Would rate over 5 stars if allowed!
