Excellent wellness and spa. Nice setting close to Crescent Beach. Calming cosy atmosphere, Dionne is a brilliant host. Very relaxing massage. Tea, glass of wine, snacks.
It was my first time at R&R Wellness. The spa is not only spacious but also clean and inviting. I had a deep tissue massage which at the end completely loosened up my knots and had me feeling more relaxed and mobile. Thank you Dionne, your service deserves 5 stars.
I'VE HAD LOWER BACK PAIN OFF AND ON FOR 2 YEARS. TRIED CHIRO AND PHYSIO WITH LIMITED IMPROVEMET. MY DR REFFERED ME TO DIONNE. SEVERE PAIN SIGNIFICANTLY REDUCED AFTER JUST ONE TREATMENT. EXPECTING THAT FURTHER TREATMENTS WILL HELP TO REDUCE PAIN EVEN MORE.
