My husband and I worked on the NEI side of R&R for many years! We had known and worked with many there most of our lives,. It was a great kickoff of old Tri State. How we miss those days. The co. Sold the best off the company died! They put very inexperienced people In to operate the company! In truth there drivers were more experienced to run it than they were! I drove for them before Daryl sold out. They were top of the line company. Like family.Talk to driver still there and was told it has went to the dogs. Was advised not to return there. RIP Jim & Ray.
Bad company to work for. they will not stand behind there drivers or owneroperators. left out to hang. then they will hang them themselves. would not say a good company to work for. the saftey manager has never been in a truck and all he knows is what the book says. knows nothing about what really goes on out there. Lets divers do what they have to do on their own and then punish them later. thought it was a good company to work for. then i saw the true r and r when my contract was canceled.
