I have lived in Oxford for 3 years being transferred here with my active duty husband, before he arrived home the first time from Iraq I vivsited R&R for a vacation, was treated rudely, shuffled out the door and never called back after 6 calls I gave up, when my husband came back from Afganastan, same exact thing, and before he was sent back to Iraq I visited 2 times and still no one would help me make arrangements.
