Was going through a road trip and had an issue and Brian Mackie team took good care of us and got us going right away.
Had a small issue pop up while traveling through Cape Breton. The team at Mackie Auto was able to squeeze me in that afternoon and did a quick diagnosis to get us on our way. Extremely friendly, kind, and honest. Thanks again for the great service.

Came through on a road trip. Had a problem with my A/C and they took a look at it right away that morning. Quick diagnosis and suggestion on how to get on our way safely. Great service.
Very disappointing experience. I took my SUV to this shop for an engine stalling issue. The mechanic insisted it was the alternator, even after I told him it was replaced 6 months ago. He confidently said it was the problem and promised a refund if not. I paid $500 for the repair. Just 2 km after leaving, the engine stalled again. When I returned, he was rude and unhelpful. No refund, no solution—just lost time and money. I do not recommend this shop.
