Had the chance to work with Steven at R&T Roadside Service on Friday... he arrived on time, efficiently loaded up my car onto a flatbed truck to tow my car to a local mechanic shop. I rode in the truck with him, and had some interesting and informative conversation along the way... Steven strikes me as a hard-worker, and someone who genuinely likes helping people out of their inconvenient car emergencies. Thank you for taking care of me and my car, Steven! Absolutely awful company .Picked up our undriveable vehicle took to wrong adress then charged extra for driver mistake . Was supposed to put in legal parking spot on street til claim was decided. Left vehicle partially blocking neighbors drive . She asked him to move it forward . He said he would refused to give her a receipt for additional charge. Vehicle was ticketed towed and impounded by cpd. SUCH GREAT SERVICE IVE NEVER HAD AND HOPEFULLY NEVER WILL AGAIN . RUN dont walk from this company
This team rocks - had issues with my vehicles at my home and out and about in CLE. As AAA partners, R&T serviced my cars. Team was great. Thanks Chris & Cedric! Dispatch is great too!
Wouldn't tow my car because of 3 bags of recyclables in the back. How was I supposed to take them to the recycling center when car won't start....?
