I took my machine to this place because they claimed they could repair anything and had plenty of experience. However, the reality was very different. After keeping it for some time, they told me they couldn’t fix it because the parts were unavailable. That alone could be understandable, but what is unacceptable is that they returned my machine completely disassembled, in worse condition than when I brought it in. I took him a Ryobi chainsaw around August of last year to them till around January 25 of this year. It worked for 20 seconds. then shut off and stopped. And that was that. I took it back the next day and they had it till 6/26/25 saying waiting for parts. Mind you I PAID 90 dollars. When I asked for some type of refund the reply was no can do. My advice don't trust anything they do. Or better yet don't go there.

Total rip-off. I took a Jet drum sander in for a simple sandpaper belt replacement and set up. After almost two months I still didn't have my repair done and every time I called I got a different answer. The last was they were waiting on parts so I call Jet and they knew nothing about an order from R&R. R&R charged me $70 up front and I got was inconvenience and a run .around

If you're looking for poor service and incompetence, look no further. That is, of course, if you are lucky enough to show up when somebody is there, Even when you tell them you're on your way, they still manage to lock the door and leave you stranded.
