We hired R&R to file our personal and corporate taxes. In our first meeting with them they told us they would want to file an extension for everything so they had more time to file it correctly. THEY DIDN'T FILE OUR EXTENSION! Then THEY LIED ABOUT TRYING TO REACH US for the info they needed to file. I checked my phone records and voicemails NOTHING!
