Great service and quick responses to questions! Highly recommend
Very disappointed with the service provided. Had a family member drop of part of an assembly for a riding mower. To be repaired. We are from rockland but grew up in Alexandria and wanted to support this business as I know who the owner is . Was told on Monday of this week when the part was dropped off that it would be ready on Thursday of same week. I have dealt with Chris and Eric for ten years. I have never ever been disappointed with either one of them. Two words. Customer Service! Two more. THANK YOU! Chris even knows where I should check for my spare chainsaw chains before I ask. Thanks again.
