Good honest people got me back on road in no time family on vacation here my thermostat and radiator went they took great care of us
Randy at R&R was awesome. I was visiting Broken bow for the weekend and had a misfire on my truck. He got it fixed up on a saturday and i was back on the road sunday. I would have been up a creek without a paddle if Randy wasn't there!
The very 1st day of my trip to Broken Bow, my car overheated and broke down. I had 5 kids with me who were ready for fun . In about 16 hours I had my car towed , fixed, and the owner even had his son come pick me up to take me to get my car. I would have happily paid just about anything to get my car fixed right away so we could enjoy the short time we had there. To my astonishment , my bill with towing came out to only around $500. I was off-roading in Hochatown and broke something under my car while I was on the trail. I’m not a local so I didn’t know where to go and found this place on google maps. They were extremely helpful and communicative, told me exactly what was wrong with my car and how much it would cost, and I got my car back the next day good as new. Next time I’m in town and need a repair, this is the place I’m taking my vehicle. Thank you for your service, Randy!!
I called right before they were going to close on a Saturday. He waited for me, went to go get the parts, fixed it and even waited an extra 15 minutes to leave the car running to make sure it was resolved properly.
