We were traveling through Hotchatown and thought our shocks were going out. Randy diagnosed the problem, low air pressure in our tires. Gave us some free air and sent us on our way with a repaired vehicle! Wow! He could have gouged us. Good man. Great instincts and training as a mechanic. Thank you!
We so appreciate the time they took out of their Sunday to go find an alternator for my son's car while we were there for a brief vacation. It was the first day, and it would have totally ruined it if they hadn't been able to get the car fixed by early checkout time on Monday. They got it done, though. Thank you so much for doing so!
We was on a family vacation when on the last day we ran over something and tore the heater lines out of our van. We had it towed to R and R on Friday afternoon and the owner Randy and his worker started working on it first thing Saturday morning and had us back on the road for our trip back to Indiana by noon. If you’re ever in the broken bow area and have car problems I highly recommend them. We drove 11 1/2 hrs with no problems and made it home safe. They were very friendly and knowledgeable and we appreciate them.
We are from Texas, was on a Vaca in Broken Bow and we had a sudden breakdown. Of course it was after hours and we were up a creek with out a paddle. Called Randy's shop as my first random choice online and to my suprise he answered... after hours. From there was very helpful in going out of his way to get me all fixed up. Got me a tow, shuttle options and pretty much an immediate repair lined up and got us back in working order. Really was above and beyond, thanks Randy.
Fast, cheap & fixed!!! Owner was amazing & told me what had been done wrong & fixed it immediately!! I will be using this body shop from now on!
