Ronnie came by my home to check out needed deck repair. Seemed nice and caring. Said I would receive quotation that evening, nEVER HAPPENED. next day - STILL NEVER HAPPENED. I called Ronnie who apologized and said he would send it immediately - STILL NEVER HAPPENED. Since then my texts and emails go unanswered. Ronnie's voice mail is fun.. No way for me to communicate with him. This is the WORST customer service. It is JUVENILE and UNPROFESSIONAL.
