I don't know how the owner of this company interacts with the people who pay money, but I'll tell you my bad story, As a truck driver . The man who delivered his cargo at 6 am! The owner, presumably coming out of his warm bed, asked me to have a pallet jack. Which I've never had in my history of working on a truck. After my answer that i don’t have it he started screaming, why did i come to him. I explain that it's not my fault. No one told me I needed a pallet jack. These guys are responsible and reliable in their service. They have been responsive to my requests for changes to the mowing and are careful about cleaning up the driveway and my deck. I appreciate that I don't have to worry about my yard, since they are on it. Thank you.
