Highly disappointed. The work is good; if they show up at all. No follow through, and excuses when they simply don’t show up to your home at an arranged time; multiple times.
Very unreliable. For 2 seasons in row, they have left me working from home and not shown up. Now, much like last year I have to last minute hunt for some other company. They need to learn how to be professionals. I guess this is what they call you get what you pay for!

Jessie and John are on point! Its nice to see 2 brothers running their business the right way. They do what they say they will do, they show on time and they apologize if for some reason an expectation isn't met. I always thought pool guys were genetically predisposed to never showing for appointments until I started using R and R.
