I have been going to Shannon for massage for about three years now, and I have never felt as cared for by a body worker as I do by her. Her energy is so open, kind and healing and she always understands exactly what I want, while treating me to what she knows my body needs. I haven’t been on Jason’s table, but he has a steady, grounding energy and a smile you can’t miss. Their office is a garden sanctuary and the rooms are peaceful and lovely. I can’t recommend them enough!!
R&R squeezed me in last minute! I’m in from out of town (but frequently in Reno), and came across them through Reddit. The massage was incredibly thorough, individualized, focused, and healing. Jason did an excellent job hearing out where my chronic pain spots were, and addressing them with care. Can’t wait to come back when I’m next in Reno. I’m feel so much better!
