He broke my cousin's necklace. Thankfully, the manufacturer (Jared's) fixed it for free. STAY AWAY AND GO TO SOMEONE REPUTABLE!!! Edit 2022: I guess he's trying to get my review removed
The guy is kinda cool, kinda nice, yet very straight-forward and very educated about jewelery in general. I took a watch there to get cleaned and he refused, saying the steam may get under the covering of the face of the watch. So he saved my watch from getting ruined, so that's nice. Oh and he will only place his own batteries in watches so don't bring your own.
Great place to get your watch fixed.
Unfortunately, they are unable to do repairs to pearl necklaces.
