Purchased a new air unit for home. Everything was clearly explained and the entire process was easy and straightforward. Very happy and satisfied with the new unit.
Essential Comfort did a wonderful job replacing our 17 year old unit. Great service and wonderful people. I highly recommend them!!! Hollis is great. He did excellent work.

Extremely professional, showed up when he said he would and was clear with pricing and services included.
Needed a repair under warranty and Hollis came and diagnosed the issues and then picked up the warranty parts, came back and fixed the system, he actually topped up the freon for free to get us through the first hot day until i could get a portable unit in. Very nice guy owns it.
