Started off being very accommodating, and negotiated. They included “free delivery”. Upon arrival there was no free delivery. The employee that offered this deal supposedly “moved out of state”. They do not honor deals and are scam artist.
SO expensive!!! They also run commercials all the time on our local TV stations. They have some stupid song that you can’t understand any of the words. We were looking for living room furniture and we ended up going to Nipomo because the Style House actually has reasonable pricing! Additionally, the Style House has people who can help you!! Let’s not forget that when we were at R&R, we were completely ignored. Avoid this store at all costs!
I ordered 2 loveseats on March 16th, and they were delivered on April 19th. I had my old furniture picked up the night before, however, it was the wrong furniture. Wrong fabric, color..not even close.. I spoke to management, they left one of the loveseats, since I had nothing left.. as a “ loaner” was told it would be a rushed order…today is May 26th. No furniture,nothing from them.. have called, nothing yet…what would you do? My guy says get my $$ back and go elsewhere…very unhappy!
We were led to believe the delivery men were going to remove our old bed frame. This was not so. We had it stripped down to headboard footboard and side rails waiting for them to remove the rest that was VERY heavy. Luckily they were willing to help unscrew and take out the pieces of the old frame with our help doing so. Your sales people need to make it very explicit in your contract that the room must be cleared of the old furniture first by the homeowner.
