It was a totally positive experience and one that I've been dreading for a long time. The first thing was it was the owner who answered the phone and gave me a verbal bid at that time. The crew showed up exactly when planned Tyler and his brother TJ and the owner's son worked continuously for over 3 days to do a truly professional job.
