We had an emergency drainage situation and R & R immediately went into action to provide us with the best possible solution. Very approachable and knowledgeable. Ron Reimer was available to answer all our questions and keep us updated. Tyler did an outstanding job with the installation and keeping us informed. Thanks to Issac and TJ for all their hard work. I had lots of questions after learning we needed a new sewer line and both Ron and Tyler walked me through options and answered my questions with thoughness and friendliness. That same day, they called to get the permit started and to get the utilities out for marking. I was very impressed with how fast they moved.
