In Oct 2013 we needed to make a quick 1 week trip to Houston. Contacted Stewart about an RV he had listed. Since our departure date was 3 days hence, he verbally quoted $2602 for the week's rental & read me his BofA account info. I drove to BofA & deposited $2602 to his account. Immediately after returning from the bank, new circumstances dictated that we cancel the trip. Don't rent here if you want your security deposit back!! I rented an RV for 10 days, ended up with a small rock chip in the front from highway use. The contract does not speak to that, but they are withholding my entire security deposit. Rock chips in the paint are more of a normal wear and tear that a vehicle gets. This company does not even deserve one star.
