After too many years of neglecting my dental health due to anxiety and fear, I made the decision to book my own appointment to see Dr. Richer. Both my children are patients and love Dr. Richer and Dr. Rivera. After being told that I wasn't a lost cause, I've progressed in my treatment plan to 2 appointments with no novocaine! There is no way I would have trusted a previous dentist to do work without numbing. I was told that I need to cancel 48 hours in advance, else be ready to pay $100, even if you notify between 24 - 48 hours... i didn't had to pay it (it was waived, as an exception) .... Not the customer service i was expecting...i understand cancellations is not ideal but things happen and asking for $100 if i had to cancel just doesn't want me to come back to this place
This is truly the first time in my 28 years of life that I’ve had a positive dental experience. My cousin Leslie who works here referred me after I mentioned having severe dental anxiety due to previous experiences. The onboarding process was super easy and straightforward. The waiting room is very calming, clean, and has an array of snacks and drinks. The front desk team were very kind, answered my questions and were very open.
