Staff were unprofessional, unhelpful, and at times downright rude. There was zero communication after the initial payment, and getting updates required multiple calls and follow-ups.
not properly cleaned, and with clear signs of wear and tear that were never disclosed beforehand. Even worse, it developed mechanical issues within days, and the company refused to take responsibility or offer any kind of compensation or alternative.
Wasted 4 hours driving to and from the 'site', which is not a proper car sales pitch. The seller turned up after us in the car we had gone to look at - he admitted that he was using it as his car. Car was filthy inside and out, and I don't think I have ever seen such a dirty engine bay - years worth of dead leaves, twigs, dead grass etc in every nook and cranny.
