Horrible service. We gave several chances on being a new Black Owned business but this just takes the cake. Ordered food along with my husband. My food finally came' I began to eat slowly thinking that his will come out shortly. Well shortly was 45mins later with cold pancakes but HOT CHICKEN --"Who does that" It was placed hastily on the table with the quote -"SORRY BOUT DAT" No compensation offered whatsoever. Training is needed to improve customer service. Fyi- this review was written by my mother
We needed a bite to eat while waiting to check in at a local hotel and discovered this great place, which I highly recommend. Great menu, soul foods and an excellent vegetarian omelette!
Wow is how I'm gonna start this Review, the atmosphere was great, staff very helpful and inviting, the Price was a bit more than anticipated but given our Countries current situation what else could be expected. The vibe was that of great home cooked breakfast but with that Soulful taste. I was not disappointed and neither was my family. French toast and the potatoes were amazing! Friendly staff and great service. Highly recommend checking out this family run business!
Im not gonna rate the food as we left before it was served. The intinal wait time was 32-43 ish minutes. That's fine. about 28 min into waiting time got bumped up. waited a total of 56. which was fine. We were seated and waitress brought to us and menu explained as it was our first time there. we then waited for our waitress to Come back, approximately 18 min my wife called over another waiter and had him take our order.
