How old do you have to be to be able to lift weight
I love this place! The environment is calm. The equipment is great and easy to operate. Most of the equipment is self explanatory. Again total work out experience. They have cardio equipment, weight room, toning tables and tanning equipment (I don't have to use the latter lol) but it's there if I needed to. Clean and well sanitized.
