Steven was extremely honest and helpful for my situation today when I took my car in for an evaluation. He made a minor adjustment and since he understands, I am not following a claim with my insurance company, he is going to look for the parts needed and get back in touch with me. R&R and Stephan the owner were thorough and honest in our collision repair for us. They did a good job, were half the estimate of other local repair shop. Other shop included unnecessary replacements in their estimate. R&R did not try to cheat us. Also, first impressions mean a lot. They have a sweet pup in their offices who is their official greeter. When I met Jennie their dog, I knew they are good folks!
Hands down, the best experience I have had with any car mechanic or body shop. R & R Body Shop went above and beyond to fix a mistake that they had made and they took care of it immediately. I am also happy with the quality of work that they have done. I highly recommend choosing them. They will take care of you.
Second Time Around: This was my second car repair with R&R Auto body so loyalty and attention to detail drove my decision to come back.
