Anthony just left our house and we are thrilled. Paul was a big help helping us pick out window treatments following a long renovation. Window treatments are perfect! Anthony installed them and he was professional and very careful when installing the blinds. That was refreshing because all the subcontractors damaged new paint etc. but Anthony was meticulous!
We've used R&R Blinds several times. Always professional. Easy to communicate with. Installation well-done. And they were a big help with finding me the exact color shades I wanted. Will definitely use again.
I'm an architectural designer and I've worked with quite a few window/door/treatment companies, and R&R is among the best. Their coordination is top notch and they'll give you realistic timelines with when things can get done. We had a pretty large order of windows for our house (over 50) and the team were able to replace all of it within 1 day—you don't see that often enough. I had a great experience with R&R replacing all of my windows and doors. Paul worked with me and all of the quirks of my unit as well as my condo approval process (which can be a headache). Everything arrived within the timeframe we discussed. On the day of, the guys arrived on time and were polite and worked very quickly - they were able to complete everything same day.
