Honestly and integrity is what you get with Ron. I hit a rock with my trailer tire, and it ruined the stem on two tires. We were next door at the RV park, so he sent one of his guys to check it out. He took the tires to the shop, installed new stems, and checked out the tires. When he told me the price, I said that it was inadequate, and I raised the price. He is very fair and honest. Great experience all around from this business .The owner Ron was very kind and took great care of my van . They fixed it right on schedule for me too. A + in customer service and professionalism .
A dissapointing end to a BIG misdiagnoses! Our car didn't need new front struts after all. Unfortunately I paid before testing the car on that purchase. Their misdiagnoses left my daughter and I with $918.94 less in the bank to help us get through a hard time. Ron, the shop owner still hasn't taken ownership, communicated back nor refunded us for the mistake. I went in for an oil change, filter replacement, and tire rotation. When I got my car back the oil meter on the dash had not been reset and the glove box was on the floor of my car, not to mention my steering wheel had oil all over it. They also don't know how to give an accurate time frame or call people back. I won't be returning. 4 months later and I find out they never replaced my air filter, and that they took my cabin filter out but didn’t put a new one in. This place is a joke. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.
I been here several times they always help me out and make sure I feel comfortable going in I never feel uncomfortable most mechanic places I don't like going in being a women but they never made me feel uncomfortable everyone here is amazing . They will keep looking at my vehicle until I am fully satisfied with no attitude . They are always busy but always manage to squeeze me in for any concerns I have with my car. Hands down best mechanics in flagstaff Arizona super friendly and they get the job done (:
