A dissapointing end to a BIG misdiagnoses! Our car didn't need new front struts after all. Unfortunately I paid before testing the car on that purchase. Their misdiagnoses left my daughter and I with $918.94 less in the bank to help us get through a hard time. Ron, the shop owner still hasn't taken ownership, communicated back nor refunded us for the mistake. I been here several times they always help me out and make sure I feel comfortable going in I never feel uncomfortable most mechanic places I don't like going in being a women but they never made me feel uncomfortable everyone here is amazing . They will keep looking at my vehicle until I am fully satisfied with no attitude . They are always busy but always manage to squeeze me in for any concerns I have with my car. Hands down best mechanics in flagstaff Arizona super friendly and they get the job done (:

I went in for an oil change, filter replacement, and tire rotation. When I got my car back the oil meter on the dash had not been reset and the glove box was on the floor of my car, not to mention my steering wheel had oil all over it. They also don't know how to give an accurate time frame or call people back. I won't be returning. 4 months later and I find out they never replaced my air filter, and that they took my cabin filter out but didn’t put a new one in. This place is a joke. I’d give them 0 stars if I could.

Ron and his crew give reliable work based in real knowledge in the field. I had an oil change and had to go to work before I could pick up my car from r & r ron called me and helped shuttle my car to help me out since I was at work and could not get my car. A very big thank you to owner Ron and Justin for going beyond his obligation to help me. You guys do great work! Thank you Ron and Justin!

Had a problem with a Jeep while off-roading near Flagstaff. Limped into R&R Automotive, and they got me in immediately and fixed the issue in less than 30 minutes. Honest, nice people, small town vibe and great prices. Thanks again guys!
