If you need a pre purchase inspection, (PPI) for a used vehicle, I highly recommend you look elsewhere. I asked the owner on the phone for one and what does he say when I came to pay for the report? "No PPI, I did a visual inspection and you should trust my word." What a waste of time and money. Also come to find out he knew the owner of the dealership. So yeah be careful, these guys probably work with each other just to scam people into buying lemons.
My mechanic for over 25 years and will be for another 25. The best. Tigran is the most knowledgeable and honest mechanic out there.
