The shop I typically take my truck to didn't have the equipment to do transmission fluid changes so I started shopping around for that service. When I called R&R Auto Bobby answered the phone and took the time to answer my questions and gather feedback about what I was experiencing and what may be the problem. I was just there for a repair on my Mercedes, needed a new starter. Fast service and car runs great, without R&R there is no way I could afford repairs at a Mercedes dealership. Always a great experience, I love the new look of the office it's very comfortable. No question in my opinion personable and great service.
On October 2,2025 I took my car to R&R to have it looked at under my limited warranty. When I went to pick up my car they told me it was worn motor mounts. They diagnosed my car and told me they would contact the auto dealership where the car was purchased and get the parts ordered. I have called there once a week since October 9th with no call backs after being told that the person that deals with the auto dealer where I purchased the car from isn’t in and will return my call. So here’s the thing the owner here is a good soul. I told him I was going on a road trip with my 75-year-old father and just wanted to make sure my car was in tiptop shape. I offered to pay him several times but instead he checked my car out for free. These are good dudes, solid integrity business I would support them forever.
