The shop I typically take my truck to didn't have the equipment to do transmission fluid changes so I started shopping around for that service. When I called R&R Auto Bobby answered the phone and took the time to answer my questions and gather feedback about what I was experiencing and what may be the problem. Always an incredible experience when I take my car into the shop. When talking to anyone they’re always honest, straightforward and thorough on everything from communication to working on my car. Bobby and everyone else there are awesome! Thank you guys for always doing a wonderful job!!!
I was just there for a repair on my Mercedes, needed a new starter. Fast service and car runs great, without R&R there is no way I could afford repairs at a Mercedes dealership. Always a great experience, I love the new look of the office it's very comfortable. No question in my opinion personable and great service.
