A good, honest, mechanic. I trust these guys. As often as not, they'll say that my car is just fine. And when they do say I need some service, I trust them and never feel that I'm being conned. Their work is good, the price is reasonable, and the guys are friendly. 2025 Update: I still go to R&R and recommend them just as highly.
