I didn't expect to charge inspection fee if I repaired it here . But the fee was added.
New customer. Excellent service. Even after I provided an inspection report from another shop, they still took the time to inspect my car themselves before reaching their own conclusion, saving me a considerable amount of money. Beyond the usual qualities of fair pricing and professionalism, what matters most is that they genuinely put their customers’ interests first.
