I had the opportunity to interact with Rob a few weeks ago regarding a leak in my Honda CRV exhaust system. I saw nothing but honestly in his assessment and actions. He is a genuine person with a good team who do care about the customer.

I was surprised based on the reviews, $180 to have a set of tires swapped on the same rims and balanced, is pretty extreme. I didn’t even have them installed on my car. It’s too bad, I couldn’t recommend this shop, everyone was friendly, they did fit me in on short notice if I left the tires with them. However, they stored them outside in a rain storm when complete and didn’t bag them initially, so I got tire water in my car.
