Was sold a new Fireplace. Was told that all would fit correctly. As we specified what we were trying to accomplish for the height. We were ok with the height based on our meeting at their office. The Fireplace starts to go in, and now we are told it has to be built a certain way, because the wall has something in the way. Awesome experience. We have a brand new home with 2 fireplaces. Unfortunately, neither was originally installed by R-Pro - bad mistake. Neither has worked properly since they were installed. Prior to calling R-Pro, our installer told us to be patient, they will eventually work. R-Pro spent about an hour figuring out that the fireplaces were not installed properly and were never going to work well. They repaired the faulty installation and got them up and running.
