The fireplace installation was great, but what really stood out was the fire brick installation. The attention to detail and precision were exceptional. Every brick was perfectly placed, with clean, consistent joints and an overall level of craftsmanship that is hard to find. It really became a standout feature of the fireplace. Everything was clean, professional, and beautifully finished. Highly recommend R Pro to anyone who appreciates exceptional quality and craftsmanship of fire brick.
Was sold a new Fireplace. Was told that all would fit correctly. As we specified what we were trying to accomplish for the height. We were ok with the height based on our meeting at their office. The Fireplace starts to go in, and now we are told it has to be built a certain way, because the wall has something in the way. Maybe someone should of come out, and looked first, before telling us everything will turn out the way we wanted it to be, and if there was an issue we could go in a different direction.
