Eddie was dispatched to take a look at our mini splits in our tenants' office space that had stopped working. He was extremely professional and friendly. He took his time explaining the troubleshooting process and he figured out the issue very quickly. The pricing was very reasonable. We will definitely be reaching out to R. Poust in the future if there is ever an issue with our heating or cooling systems.
