HVAC system blew... Entire condenser unit, blower motor, drip pan everything bit the ducts had to be replaced. Although many reviewers indicate R. Poust as being expensive - I can genuinely tell you, that the work they do is top notch and I am as frugal as one can be - but you can't put a price on excellent work. I have been a customer since moving into the area 8 years ago. This last encounter was extremely disappointing. The blower motor stopped working on our HVAC System on February 20th of this year. Their techs came out and told us that our system is old, over 20 years old, and it would be very difficult to find a motor if at all. They then proceeded to quote us a new system replacement which they could install in 3 days. We asked them to order a new motor instead and placed a 400.00 deposit.
