We have been with R Pools for many years and John our technician is the best!!! He’s hard working, always willing to talk to us about issues and concerns! I tell people all the time how great John is and R Pools. Great service and people!!
Always on time, chemicals are always balanced and genuinely nice people. Have used other pool services in the past and they are the best!
Every conversation I had with these guys has been pleasant. Ashlynn at the office has always been extremely nice and professional. She is knowlegeable and helpful. The technician sent to my house, Kain, went above and beyond the reason he came to check the equipment. I strongly recommend R Pools, and trust me, I have had dealt with a number of companies.
Good people but very unorganized and expensive.
I have been extremely happy with R Pools for service, from cleaning to repairs. I have used them off and on over the past few years and most recently for a bigger job, and always completely happy with how quickly they respond and how wonderful their customer service is. Ashlynn has been absolutely wonderful in answering ALL of my questions and getting back to me if needed.
