I called R pools from a mailer. My pool had been abandoned for almost a year. Ismael did a drain, clean, and start up. He worked very hard, was knowledgeable, and communicated very efficiently. I am so excited to have our pool in working order. Thank you so much R Pools!

Just recently changed to R Pools for weekly pool maintenance. Kenneth came Tuesday for the first cleaning, and did a phenomenal job. Looked much better than the job done by the previous company. This is an honest company. I had a costly drain and clean paid for and scheduled, and when I explained that I was not going to use the pool for three months after the cleaning. I was encouraged to wait on the drain and clean so I would not have to do it twice. Ishmael explained the consequences of an idle pool so thoroughly once he understood what I was trying to accomplish. They agreed to refund my money and reschedule when I was ready to use the pool.
