We switched to R Pools from another vendor after their performance declined over time despite multiple conversations trying to fix the issue. Colby has been cleaning our pool now for the last couple months and we're very pleased with his service. Service is always timely, vacuuming is thorough, and the pool isn't overtreated either. I would definitely recommend R Pools and Colby.

I have been a customer of Rpools for a while now. I find them to be fair, responsible, reliable and consistent in their care of my pool. I have cranky pool equipment and have had to ask for help on more than one occasion. This week my pump stopped working. The young man who was sent to help me is probably my favorite yet. 5 Week update. 10 out of 10 highly recommend! I wrote a previous review as a new customer, and i wanted to add an update because you never know if service will decline as an "established" customer. Well I have been soon extremely happy with everything since Kenneth started maintaining our pool. I am excited every Tuesday to come home and check out my sparkling clean pool. Inviting friends over on the weekends has become my new norm since hiring Rpools. Thank you for making my pool so much more enjoyable.
