Just recently changed to R Pools for weekly pool maintenance. Kenneth came Tuesday for the first cleaning, and did a phenomenal job. Looked much better than the job done by the previous company. I am highly satisfied. I will update my review after a few more visits, but this first cleaning looks great. Thank you!
This is an honest company. I had a costly drain and clean paid for and scheduled, and when I explained that I was not going to use the pool for three months after the cleaning. I was encouraged to wait on the drain and clean so I would not have to do it twice. Ishmael explained the consequences of an idle pool so thoroughly once he understood what I was trying to accomplish. They agreed to refund my money and reschedule when I was ready to use the pool. RJ’s came out and did a filter cleaning. On time and the communication was excellent. Did a great job at a reasonable price. The technician “CW” was friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommended
