I had a number of tiles that were loose around the perimeter of the pool & on the hot tub. Kane fixed all of them quickly & informed me about other items on the pool. A week later I noticed another tile had come loose. Kane came back out & fixed it once again. (and at no additional cost). R Pools is my go to for any swimming pool needs & can’t recommend Kane enough.
Colby is amazing he's been cleaning my pool for awhile now, always very thorough and loves my dog and overall very accommodating. And has great attitude and will help with anything I ask pertaining to my pool.

Used this company for quite some time now. Big thing (more than money) is trust and they've always met my expectations....even more so with trust and knowing they do what they bill us for. They do our weekly cleaning and have replaced filtration system last year (bigger job). Jay has been our tech for months now and he is AWESOME. Out of my 15 years at this house he is the absolute best I've ever seen and always does the "final touch" on everything (for real....we have cameras outside) we totally trust him and have been amaz... read more
