From the first phone call requesting help with a green pool filled with leaves, this company has been professional and courteous. They came when they said they would and their employee, Ismael worked extremely hard to drain and clean this pool. Hauling heavy leaf debris and power washing the pool and surrounding rocks was an all day job and when he was done, the pool area looked amazing. I have been a client of R Pools for several years, using them for repairs of equipment. It has been my pleasure to always have Ismael come to my home, diagnose and repair numerous components, most recently the heater and two actuators. Ismael is concerned about electrical/gas safety and damage that can result to property when a job is done improperly.
