We were previously with another company because when we moved to Texas they were already providing service to our pool. We suspected we were taken advantage of with “issues” coming and going. Then we got a flier in the mail for RPools. Even after the promotional time period they are still more affordable and consistent. We have Colby as our tech and he is great! Good sense of humor, and he loves dogs. He is also very thorough and he leaves documentation of what he did. He isn’t what we had before and we are very pleased.
I’ve been through three different Pool companies before making the switch to R Pools. Wish I switched sooner. Cody is my technician and the guys a rock star!!! Couldn’t have been happier with his service and professionalism. Finally someone who actually does his job and does it amazing. As a business owner myself that’s very important. Called to request Cody for my weekly pool cleaning going forward.
Calling the office felt like a shot in the dark — they’d answer maybe 1 out of every 4 times. Yes, they’re cheaper than other pool services, but you really do get what you pay for. Ever since R Pools started servicing our pool, it was never blue — always green. We had R Pools replace our pool heater this spring. Throughout the process, they were responsive to my phone calls, called me back when they couldn't answer immediately, and followed up when needed. They quoted me a reasonable price, and did the work when promised. A very good first impression!
