I called to inquire about pool services and spoke with Ashlyn. She was very sweet and able to answer all of our questions! If we decide to move forward with hiring a company for our pool maintenance, we will highly consider R Pools for the wonderful customer service.

I reached out to a technician who had helped me once before a couple of years ago. He returned my call to schedule a day. On the morning he was to come, he called, exactly when he was scheduled to, to advise that he would be there in about 30 minutes. He arrived promptly. As before, he was courteous, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He worked diligently and completed the work quickly. He explained the issue and how he resolved it. I recommend R Pools highly.

I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Gray for noticing the smell of gas while he was at our home for his weekly pool cleaning and, most importantly, for taking the time to let us know.
