Terrible service, don't waste your money!!
There are so many different pool servicing companies in the area, it's hard to know who will do a good job. I initially used another pool service that did have over100 five star reviews only to find out the reviews were not legitimate and the company was not trustworthy with poor customer service in addition to retaliation/harassment for posting a neg review on them. I had problems with pool lights burning out. Ishmail came to troubleshoot the problems and determined some of the wiring was bad. He and CW proceeded to pull the old wiring from the control panel to the J-Box behind the waterfall and replace it with new. THe lights are working perfectly now. Ishmail and CW did a fantastic job of diagnosing and repairing the problem.

We moved into our together home and my go to pool company has been R pools from my previous house for repairs. The new pool is larger and more complicated so I started using them for weekly service. Lucky I got Colby, he is always upbeat and answers any of questions, pool looks great.
