Upgraded to a 40-gallon tank for our vacation cottage. Ryan was great to work with to find the right unit and Rick did a great job on the install. It’s more challenging when you live a few hours away but with their assistance it was a smooth project.

Rick, their service tech arrived when stated. He was polite and appropriately dressed. He identified himself. He assessed the plumbing problem of the shower control valve, after talking to me first and the doing a hands on evaluation. He then told me what the charges would be. Note that he did have other packages that he did try to up-sell me at that time also. But I was only interested in just fixing the valve itself. Rick said fine and went ahead with the repairs. Showed up on time ready to work and help me make my decisions on the work being done. I was going to do just one shut off valve and they suggested to me since this one went bad. It won’t be long for the other one to go bad also so we fixed both of those. They did a great job. Will definitely use them again!!!! Reasonable prices.

Very resp[onsive to my calls. Excellent repair. Very pleasant repair person. Answered my questions, took requested pictures and talked with my insurance adjuster.
