Excellent experience with R Plumbing! They replaced the 100-gallon water heater in our apartment building and the whole process was smooth from quote to finish. The crew was professional, on time, and worked hard in the summer heat. Mitch was especially wonderful — he took the time to explain everything clearly and patiently, which we really appreciated. The new Bradford White unit is great quality and they cleaned up nicely afterward. Ryan and Stacey in the office were responsive and easy to work with too. Highly recommend!
We called R Plumbing to look at our roof septic pipe. Ryan set up an appointment for the next moring. He gave us a time and who would be coming to our house. William and Mason arirved on time and ready to work.They competed the roof septic pipe inspection using a camera. Experience was great. I hired them to do a complete rebuild of my sewage ejector system. Mitch and Jerry showed up on time. Laid down drop cloths to protect my floor and keep my home clean. The workmanship was done correctly and I’m very satisfied. I would recommend and be happy to hire them again.
Same day service. Arrived when scheduled. Super personable crew. Quck installation and left the place looking better than they found it. Extremely happy with the work done and the knowledge and understanding of the crew. Ryan was fantastic and I am grateful this is the company I ended up going with. They even gave me pointers on the current plumbing system and improved water flow on the wash basin at no extra charge. Will definitely be recommending this company and using them on future projects.
