Excellent experience. Rick did a great job. Had a new water heater installed and the old one was removed and area cleaned up. Will definitely call R Plumbing again when we have future plumbing issues. Thanks so much.
R Plumbing came and fixed our piping issue when we lacked support (and call backs) from other places. They were efficient technicians whose skill and knowledge solved an issue that some said would require renovation. Their responsiveness and ability to explain their pricing tiers was appreciated. We will definitely call them again and recommend R Plumbing to other homeowners.
Upgraded to a 40-gallon tank for our vacation cottage. Ryan was great to work with to find the right unit and Rick did a great job on the install. It’s more challenging when you live a few hours away but with their assistance it was a smooth project.
Rick, their service tech arrived when stated. He was polite and appropriately dressed. He identified himself. He assessed the plumbing problem of the shower control valve, after talking to me first and the doing a hands on evaluation. He then told me what the charges would be. Showed up on time ready to work and help me make my decisions on the work being done. I was going to do just one shut off valve and they suggested to me since this one went bad. It won’t be long for the other one to go bad also so we fixed both of those. They did a great job. Will definitely use them again!!!! Reasonable prices.
