I have used R Plumbing twice now and both times, the service has been top notch! I called yesterday morning with an issue with my water heater and they had someone here to help by early afternoon despite having a packed day of appointments. They just finished replacing the unit today and Rick has been absolutely amazing to work with. I appreciate the integrity, efficiency, and reliability this company offers and highly recommend them.
Great Service! Was looking for a local plumber to replace a corroded shut off valve and not an urgent need. I called a little before 10 and Rick showed up shortly after 11! He was very polite and courteous. He showed me a list of service options and made me feel very comfortable with my selection, no oversell! Rick also suggested a very smart and helpful option which I accepted. He went to work and was finished in no time at all. I will have no problem calling R Plumbing for any future plumbing issues!
We used R Plumbing Inc for our new construction home. Ryan and the crew were great to work with through out the entire process. They use quality materials and parts, and showed great uniformity as a team with their workmanship. We recently had R Plumbing come back to install a garage heater for us, and it was another job well done. Great team of plumbers who take pride in their work!
Rick came today because we had a leak from the tub spout that was worsening and the plunger to turn the water to shower "mode" wasn't doing it's job. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything to us first-time home owners how we could understand! Of course it cost more than you ever wanna pay, but the job he did and the customer service was great! Definitely recommend!
