When I reached Rene, he was able to squeeze me in promptly, timely perform the necessary replacement and all at a very reasonable cost! I will be using R-Plumber for all my future plumbing needs. In fact, I have the next project lined up.
Been waiting for a week for the quote we were promised after Nestor came over, I called and left 2 messages, no call back, no e-mail, nothing. I would never hire them even if they ended up calling me back. This lack of professionalism is a deal breaker for me.
They showed up on time, worked quickly, and were very nice and professional. Highly Recommend!
