I have been with them off and on for years. I’ve always had a good experience.
3 months ago my Boyfriend went to his Storage and lol and and behold a different lock was on it,After the people on site cut the lock that wasn't his,He discovered many expensive items stolen,The camera supposedly down near his unit and several more were not working,His was not the only unit that had been broken into,On each side of his unit those storages were also broken into.He had never had problems before this but this business has a fence around it,a code that each individual has to put in themselves,But a Large vehicl... read more
I called around. Just wasn't feeling it. More $$ etc...called here, Kelsey upbeat! (I AM GOING THERE!) "NO PROBLEM she sais. I will hold one for you." Wait, what?! She held it, till we got here. Her customer service is top notch! THANKYOU pretty lady, you took the stress out of moving. 🤗
