I've been using RP Tax Service for almost 10 years and they've been great. I'm not sure what happened this year, but there was minimal communication and guidance in prepping my return. I uploaded documents and asked a question in the portal, emailed and left a message and didn't get a response for almost 2 weeks. My question wasn't even answered and I wasn't even sure my return was going to get completed. I'm grateful they did but but I'm not not confident about how they prepared it.
Im active duty military and was looking for a diffrent tax firm to go with this year. I found RP Tax services and they filed my taxes. I was a little shocked at how much they charged (over $600 after everything said and done) and then my taxes were still filled wrong and decreased my returns drastically.
