Run away from this place screw up my tax 2023 forgot my W2 ? When asking for Fix You still need to pay them What they have been doing worng ? I know will give anyone one star but this is The worst place
My friend used these services. She, who is a senior, misplaced her tax return copies. She needs copies ASAP. I myself have called a number of times, left voice messages, sent text with specific needs and to contact my friend. But, 2 months later, I have been unable to get any replies and my friend has not gotten her copies in the mail as requested. Very poor communication and service.
Unresponsive to my submission. Submitted all forms in April with no reply to date. Followed up multiple times and told that someone would reach out. No contact at all. Poor service. Not recommended.
