I recently purchased a 2004 YZ250F from RP Racing because i seen it displayed outside so it caught my eye. When i went inside to ask about the bike “ Bob “ told me that they purchased it from a friend but that RP Racing recently did a rebuild on it & went completely through it. I purchased a rebuilt PW50 from this business, which they claimed had a freshly rebuilt motor. Within 10 minutes of my child riding it for the very first time, the engine seized completely. This was a small child's first ride—on flat ground, no rough terrain, no abuse. There is absolutely no excuse for a “rebuilt” engine to fail this quickly, especially when it's marketed as safe and ready for kids. I contacted them immediately on the same day to report the issue, and they refused to offer a refund or stand behind their work... read more
