Excellent, professional and friendly service! Loved how everything was completely transparent and that we were given an electronic readout of the diagnostic on our car.
I was leaving Penticton to drive home to Calgary when my engine light went off. My mechanic in Calgary recommended RPM. Called and they said they would get me in right away….I drove straight there. I was anxious and a wreck and the gentlemen at the desk were calm and friendly. I am very grateful for them… they fixed the car in a couple of hours and I was on my way.
First time using RPM Auto. I had no idea how much work my truck needed and assumed it was going to cost way too much. After speaking with Kesh we got it in for a presale inspection and from that came a super honest clear list of work needing to be done. No suprise charges. They did find some other things after the inspection but thats to be expected as you get in there and start repairing. They called me to let me make the choice on wether or not to do the work.
