Very arrogant. Not forthcoming with answers to your questions . I was told the operation went well just to find out a little later that there were complications. No explanations of what happened. Not happy!!

Dr. Hernandez was on call and was called in to do immediate brain surgery. As soon as he arrived, he talked to my family and explained exactly what he was going to do in the surgery. HE KNOWS WHAT HE IS DOING! This was an incredibly hard time in the ER and then OR and ICU for our family and Dr. Hernandez made us feel comfortable and at ease knowing he was going to be the one taking care of our loved one. Thank you Dr. Hernandez!!!
Dr Hernandez performed two emergency brain surgeries on my dad. Dr Hernandez was not in the hospital at the time but arrived within 10-15 minutes of being aware of the situation. My dad had many big aneurysms that were undetected before seeing Dr Hernandez. Dr Hernandez made us feel positive, calm and hopeful. He kept us updated through every step of the process. My family will forever be thankful for him and will never forget him and the amazing work he does. Thank you a million times Dr Hernandez! The Zimmerman Family
If you are ever in need of care, I hope the provider coming in gives you more than “I don’t know” 5+ times when seeking help with pain and symptoms. I hope they don’t get frustrated with you for asking questions about your chronic pain and alarming symptoms. Just because a prior provider is no longer with your practice does not mean their findings and orders are no longer “valid” and a patient should start from point A again re-explaining their diagnosis or symptoms.
