Dr Hernandez gave me the ability to walk, sit and sleep without pain. I would recommend him to anyone. He took his time in explaining what was causing my pain, and what the solution would be. If you are ever in need of care, I hope the provider coming in gives you more than “I don’t know” 5+ times when seeking help with pain and symptoms. I hope they don’t get frustrated with you for asking questions about your chronic pain and alarming symptoms. Just because a prior provider is no longer with your practice does not mean their findings and orders are no longer “valid” and a patient should start from point A again re-explaining their diagnosis or symptoms. I was seen in Dr Hernandez's office this morning and was not happy. The gentleman came into the room didn't even introduce himself for all. I know he could've been a janitor sat down at the desk, pulled up. My chart looked it all over then looked at my MRI and then I proceeded to tell him what was going on And that this wasn't happening. I was an extreme pain. I was seen by Dr. Johnson, who by the way was great she was with pain management. She done three injections. Very arrogant. Not forthcoming with answers to your questions . I was told the operation went well just to find out a little later that there were complications. No explanations of what happened. Not happy!!
