I went to see this lovely doctor 2 years ago, he couldn't even look me in the face, I dont know if it was because I was a 46 year old female or what, but I at the time had cervical spinal stenosis at the time, mostly on the right side of my neck but had pain and numbness on my left side of my arm and hand, he totally blew what I said off. He said if I had right sided cervical stenosis my pain would only be on the right side. Dr Hernandez gave me the ability to walk, sit and sleep without pain. I would recommend him to anyone. He took his time in explaining what was causing my pain, and what the solution would be. I was scheduled for surgery quickly, thanks to his team. I am recovering well at home. Thank you Dr Hernandez.

If you are ever in need of care, I hope the provider coming in gives you more than “I don’t know” 5+ times when seeking help with pain and symptoms. I hope they don’t get frustrated with you for asking questions about your chronic pain and alarming symptoms. Just because a prior provider is no longer with your practice does not mean their findings and orders are no longer “valid” and a patient should start from point A again re-explaining their diagnosis or symptoms. I was seen in Dr Hernandez's office this morning and was not happy. The gentleman came into the room didn't even introduce himself for all. I know he could've been a janitor sat down at the desk, pulled up. My chart looked it all over then looked at my MRI and then I proceeded to tell him what was going on And that this wasn't happening. I was an extreme pain. I was seen by Dr. Johnson, who by the way was great she was with pain management. She done three injections.
