Been here for about 7 years. Lady I see has recently left. Didn't get the same examination this time ie tongue exam, gum pricking. Small details but when you are now visiting only yearly these small things could prove important. Same friendly receptionist and appointment reminder which is nice.
Reception staff polite, competent and responsive, appointment dates are sent reminders. There appears to be a good atmosphere probably as a result of staffing stability. It's comforting to be treated by the same able and approachable dentist at each appointment for some years now!
