Boiled crawfish tasted as if boiled in plain water. We told the waitress this. She said the cook seasons his pot n wld take the crawfish back. Upon returning with the next supposedly seasoned crawfish, they were still the same. Now they were beautiful big crawfish but had no flavor, and we are in South Louisiana for a reason.
