i had a revision to my original tummy tuck last Monday and cannot say enough good things about dr Koch. I originally went into his office last November and was extremely nervous about things. I had lost a lot of weight a while back and the excess skin on my stomach was always something I wanted removed but the timing was never right. I was so nervous about getting a breast reduction but when I met Dr. Koch I was confident that he would do a great job. I am beyond thrilled and can’t believe how much better I feel about myself. Dr. Koch was the plastic surgeon who performed my breast reconstruction surgery at New York Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital the time of my mastectomy. The reconstructive surgery failed, and while I know every surgery is not a success, my experience with Dr. Koch and his office was not a good one. I met Dr. Koch after a tragic rock climbing fall that resulted in 10 surgeries over a 3 week period. Dr. Koch was kind and caring; an incredibly empathetic listener. Understanding my need to return to sport he used his microvascular skills to cover the dead tissue area with a fee flap that healed functionally and beautifully.
