Reviews are correct: poor customer service. I really wanted to give them a chance, maybe people were over exaggerating. Nope. The woman at the counter made it clear that they did not want any more business than they already had. I walked in empty handed, explained I needed work done on my mower. She let out an exasperated sigh and put her head down on the counter, then said they already had so many jobs. They have plowed our church lot for years, reasonable and dependable
Hit a hidden sawed off metal fence post and damaged the blade and blade adapter. Took it to the shop and had a complete tune up on my mower. Three days later when I brought it home and started it up I could not believe how good it ran compared to what I was used to. I highly recommend this business and would definitely use them again.
