I had my storage unit for almost 8years and then it was bought out by Budget just as we were making a cross country move. As things changed such as codes and the building got painted, Budget was nothing but top notch in communication. Even I the midst of my move I never had a question when it came to the unit. I manage 4 self storage facilities in Berks county so R&M is a competitor. But if I do not have the right size for a customer I always recommend R&M. Ron treats his customers the same way I do. He runs his property the right way. It's clean, secure and he provides great customer service. Highly recommend!
