Amazing how anyone posts about good experiences with Alycia when I and several others I know have had the total opposite. A completely miserable and rude woman to her customers. Spent time on the phone with her for less than 10 minutes and it resulted in me filing a complaint and starting to look elsewhere based off how she spoke to me, her attitude and how she handled the situation. Super easy to get a unit and Alycia was awesome to work with! Better than my expectations
I had my storage unit for almost 8years and then it was bought out by Budget just as we were making a cross country move. As things changed such as codes and the building got painted, Budget was nothing but top notch in communication. Even I the midst of my move I never had a question when it came to the unit.
