1 star for the poor customer service recently. Ive used this company for 8 years. Fixed cellar cooling twice, every fridge over the years has had new compressors and fans and new compressors on kitchen freezers. Having spent 1000's over the years you would think that when they decided 6 months ago to change the services they provide to consentrate on air con and cellar cooling, they would notify customers so that we had the chance to source a new supplier before it became an emergency due to a freezer breakdown.
Excellent Company reliable and cost effective. Great well informed staff who are polite and efficient.
