Phone didn't mention 2 hours minimum cahrge, Only checked around less than 20 mins, so they tried to charge almost $400 to using 20 mins for only check(I accepted over rate,he came after Friday 5:00 pm), I argued with them for 2 hours minimum charge , it didn't mentioned on phone, so mechanic said I might lied to him, after I insisted what I hear, they chared me $300 for 1.5 hors labor. Our ice machine filter was leaking and R&M came right out and sent Robert S. He was fast, courteous and fixed leaking filter right away. He then inspected and made sure there was nothing else that needed service. I highly recommend this company!

I called R&M for my parents home furnace that wouldn’t turn off. Within an hour they sent a tech by the name of Ray out to evaluate the problem. He told us that we needed to replace the furnace and fix a few other needed issues. We hired R & M and couldn’t be more satisfied with the price and the excellent service! Thanks Again!
Wow a lot of family must be reviewing this place. My experience was far from good. They came out, diagnosed the problem, said they would need to order parts. Took 3 days to get the part I could have ordered from Amazon the next day for 15% less (not a bad markup, but horrible wait time which cost me about $100-$150). $45 travel charge EACH TIME. Gas must be expensive if 3 miles is worthy of $45. Finally replaced the part for $148 labor for 20 minutes and left. FAILED immediately. Called them back. They returned and said it w... read more
